Responsible Gaming at KG77
Gambling should be fun. When it stops being fun, we have tools to help you stay in control.
KG77's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
KG77 operates as an entertainment platform. Gambling at KG77 is meant to be a recreational activity — something you do for enjoyment, not a way to earn income or solve financial problems. We take our responsibility to players seriously, and we've built tools into the platform to help you stay in control of your gambling activity.
Our responsible gaming commitment is not a box-ticking exercise to satisfy our Curaçao license requirement. CEO Marcus J. Villanueva personally directed the integration of these tools because he believes that a casino that genuinely cares about its players builds these protections as a core feature, not an afterthought.
If you have concerns about your gambling habits, or if gambling has stopped being enjoyable and started creating stress, please use the tools below or contact our support team. We would rather help you take a break and return as a healthy player than have you continue in a way that causes harm.
Signs of Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can develop gradually and is often hard to recognize in yourself. Common warning signs include:
- Spending more money or time gambling than you planned to
- Gambling to chase losses from previous sessions
- Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling
- Hiding your gambling activity from family or friends
- Missing work, school, or family obligations because of gambling
- Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not gambling
- Using gambling as a way to escape stress, anxiety, or depression
- Repeated unsuccessful attempts to reduce or stop gambling
If two or more of these describe your behavior, you may be experiencing gambling-related harm. Please use the self-exclusion tool below or contact a support resource.
KG77 Responsible Gaming Tools
KG77 provides the following player protection tools, all available in My Account > Responsible Gaming:
Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the limit period resets. Limits take effect immediately when set. Reducing a limit is instant; increasing a limit requires a 72-hour waiting period to prevent impulsive decisions.
Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. When your time limit is reached, you'll receive a reminder and be automatically logged out after a short grace period. You can set session limits from 30 minutes up to 24 hours.
Session Reminders: Enable notifications that alert you every 30, 60, or 120 minutes during play to remind you how long you've been on the platform. These are subtle check-ins, not interruptions.
Reality Check: A floating notification that appears at set intervals showing your current session profit/loss. Knowing where you stand financially at regular intervals helps prevent loss-chasing behavior.
Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary break from KG77 for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, your account is active but no deposits are accepted and no games can be launched. Winnings from in-progress bets are still paid out normally.
Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from KG77. This closes your account and prevents re-registration for a minimum of 12 months. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the exclusion period. Contact support to initiate a self-exclusion — this cannot be done via the in-app tools to prevent impulsive activation as well as impulsive reversal.

Protecting Minors
KG77 prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. By registering an account, players confirm they are 21 or older. KG77 verifies player age through the KYC identity verification process required before first withdrawal.
If you have minors in your household, we recommend enabling parental controls on your devices and keeping your KG77 login credentials private. If you suspect that a minor has accessed a KG77 account, contact support immediately so the account can be reviewed and secured.
KG77 will close any account found to belong to an underage player. Any funds in the account will be handled according to the license terms and applicable legal requirements.
