1. Account Eligibility
1.1 Players must be at least 21 years of age to register and use KG77. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 21 or older and that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.
1.2 KG77 is not available to residents of the following jurisdictions: United States, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, Australia, and other countries where online gambling is prohibited by national law. Players from these jurisdictions are prohibited from registering. If KG77 discovers a player is from a prohibited jurisdiction, the account will be closed and any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable law.
1.3 Each individual may hold only one registered account at KG77. Multiple accounts held by the same person, household, or device will be merged or closed, and any bonus funds forfeited.
1.4 Persons employed by KG77, its affiliates, or its game providers are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.
2. Account Registration and Verification
2.1 Account registration requires a valid mobile phone number, email address, and the creation of a unique username and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
2.2 KG77 requires identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal. You must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and a selfie photograph. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of registration, or submission of fraudulent verification documents, will result in account suspension.
2.3 You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. If your account information changes (e.g., mobile number), you must update it in My Account promptly. KG77 is not responsible for failed transactions caused by outdated account information.
2.4 KG77 may at any time request additional verification documents for fraud prevention or AML compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension pending review.
3. Bonuses and Promotions
3.1 All bonuses offered by KG77 are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
3.2 The welcome bonus (200% up to ₱12,000 + 120 Free Spins) applies to first-time depositors only. One claim per player, per household, and per IP address.
3.3 Wagering requirements for the welcome bonus are 30x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which uncompleted bonus funds and associated winnings are removed from the account.
3.4 KG77 reserves the right to cancel any bonus offer, and to cancel or modify promotion terms, at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses already credited and under active wagering are honored under the terms that applied at time of credit.
3.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting patterns to clear wagering requirements, or placing bets that hedge bonus plays through other accounts or betting methods — is prohibited and will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of winnings derived from bonus abuse.
3.6 KG77 may exclude certain game types or markets from bonus wagering contribution at its discretion. The current contribution rates for each game category are listed on the Bonuses page.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Minimum deposit: ₱100. Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. KG77 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side; third-party fees charged by payment providers are the player's responsibility.
4.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and mobile number linked to the player's verified KG77 account. KG77 may request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above ₱50,000.
4.3 KG77 aims to process withdrawals within 24 hours of request. In exceptional circumstances, withdrawals may take longer. Players will be notified of any material delay.
4.4 Players must have completed KYC identity verification before requesting their first withdrawal. Any attempt to circumvent KYC requirements is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds pending regulatory review.
4.5 KG77 is not liable for failed transfers caused by errors in the banking information provided by the player, or by technical failures on the part of third-party payment processors outside KG77's control.
5. Game Rules and Conduct
5.1 All casino games at KG77 use certified RNG technology or live dealer operations that are governed by the rules of each individual game as specified in the game interface. In the event of a dispute between displayed game results and server-side records, server-side records prevail.
5.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the round is considered void and the bet amount is returned to the player's account. KG77 is not obligated to honor a win that resulted from a game malfunction.
5.3 Players are prohibited from using any software, bot, script, or other automated tool to place bets or otherwise manipulate game outcomes. Detection of automated play will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated winnings.
5.4 KG77 reserves the right to void any bet or cancel any account where evidence of match-fixing, fraud, or collusion is detected. Winnings from fraudulent activity are forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
6.1 KG77 is not liable for losses arising from: (a) internet connectivity failures outside KG77's infrastructure; (b) player error in game selection, bet placement, or account management; (c) force majeure events including natural disasters, war, or regulatory action.
6.2 KG77's maximum liability to any single player for any incident shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's account at the time of the incident.
6.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any dispute not resolved through KG77's internal dispute process may be submitted to the Curaçao eGaming dispute resolution process under license 8048/JAZ2-KG19.
6.4 KG77 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of KG77 after Terms updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification.
